I’m Ara, an intuitive artist creating sound journeys for deep relaxation and reconnection.
As a child I was extremely sensitive, but living in our modern society this sensitivity was not appreciated - it was mostly seen as a weakness, as something silly or as a burden.
Being met by this throughout my childhood made me shut down my sensitivity completely. It became something shameful, something I tried to hide and suppress.
BUT during the past 6 years, I have entered a journey of allowing myself to exploring through softness and rediscovering my sensitivity. Allowing it to be seen. To be nourished. To be free. To bloom. To grow wildly.
And as it was set free, I discovered how powerful it is.
My mission
My mission is to help others to reconnect to their sensibility and natural gifts.
Each of us carries unique gifts that comes with that sensitivity. Our gift of birth.
It is oh so powerful and beautiful.
And it is just waiting to be remembered.

When a sound journey comes to life it always happens through a deep connection with REIKI & MADRE TERRA.
2 years ago I experienced my first REIKE initiation in Nepal. Ever since then this energy has been with me as a companion in life.
On the same journey I experienced a deep reconnection with Madre Terra - and in the mountains of Himalaya my voice started opening after a decade of silence.
Ever since then they have both been with me in every aspect of life. As my greatest teachers and healing companions.
Each sound journey I share is created through deep intention & connection in devotion to these life giving and healing energies.
Astrology
The connection to REIKI and Mother Earth is my foundation. And from here I feel safe to explore other energies through deep meditation. Mostly primordial, elemental and archetypal energies - especially the sacred masculine and sacred feminine.
Four years ago astrology came into my life, and it felt like a language that I had known for lifetimes. I remember looking at a birth chart and feeling “oh .. this makes sense”.
I haven’t gone through any official training, and I will not call myself an astrologer. But my understanding comes from deeply embodied explorations of the archetypal energies. And from there I read the astrology intuitively.
I see astrology as a beautiful modality - not for prediction, but for navigating and co-creating with the energies that we are in here and now.
